Sushant Singh Rajput is all rogued up to jam with dacoits!

Someone has been working like an ant, to keep up with his busy schedule. The actor who was in Uttarakhand shooting for Abhishek Kapoor`s `Kedarnath` last year, flew to Israel for a song shoot `Drive` with Jacqueline Fernandez. Sushant will begin the year on a great note as he is set to start shooting for Abhishek Chaubey`s film later this month in the Chambal region. If reports are to be believed, he would be reaching the location three weeks early to prep for his role.

Sushant will be playing a dacoit for the first time and wants to get a whiff of the character before the schedule starts. He has decided to reach the location on January 12 to spend time with a few former dacoits! Take a bow.

The fictional story is inspired by the tales of dacoits of Chambal and is set in the 1970s. Bhumi Pednekar, who also plays a dacoit and his love interest, will be joined by co-star while Manoj Bajpayee who has bagged a pivotal role in the movie.

Reports suggest that Sushant will have to make some changes to his perfect physique, to get the much-needed rustic look. The 31-year-old Raabta actor will have to learn rifle-shooting as well.

“The cast will also have to work on the Bundelkhandi dialect. Abhishek is leaving for Chambal on January 8 for a two-month schedule. This will be followed by a shorter schedule in Mumbai at a later stage,” said a source.

Sushant`s upcoming movies Chanda Mama Door Ke and Kedarnath would hit the big screens in 2018. Director Abhishek Chaubey admitted that Sushant was his first choice for the role owing to his hard-working nature. The actor does not cringe from going all out and getting into the skin of his character. Kudos kiddo!
