Chillar Party:

Pocket sized kids trying the change the world! Chillar Party is a small film with a huge heart. Where the kids teach you how to be an adult and a dog teaches you how to be more humane! The film is very honest and has its heart in the right place, hence you connect to it immediately. It will be a throwback to all of you, who had this huge group of friends in the society and how each evenings and Sunday morning was spend with them!

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara:

This is a perfect salute to friendship! Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara true to its name shows how important it is to live life to the fullest and live life one day at a time. It shows a journey of three friends who take a road trip together and faces the ups and downs of life. It teaches us to not take anything for granted and how important it is to have true friends in our lives. This one is an absolute must plus it is shot in Spain so you can see some great locations!

Queen:

This film is all about girl power and how amazing you could make your life if you just believe in yourself. Queen works to make you a better human being. This film shows a jilted bride who decides to go on her honeymoon alone by herself and ends up learning a lot on the journey of self-discovery. Kangana is a force to reckon with and this by far is the best movie of her career. So, for all the single ladies, this is the go-to movie to uplift your mood!

Rang De Basanti:

There are some movies which just capture the imagination of the youth through its storyline. Such as Rang De Basanti, a beautiful film celebrating youth and patriotism directed by Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra. From the word, “go” the film grips you hundred percent. It ignites that fire in you, that for a long time you will be hungover with this cinematic beauty!

Barfi!

This film is like a warm fuzzy cup of cocoa with marshmallow in these chilly winters! It will definitely warm up your soul. It teaches us that you need not be “sane” to be in love or make anyone feel special. Ranbir Kapoor oozes of such charm and that to without uttering a word that you can’t help but fall in love with him. The sweetness and simplicity of this film will leave you speechless! 

Bombay Talkies:

It is an anthology with 4 beautiful short films directed by Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banarjee, Zoya Akhtar and Karan Johar. A man deals with his sexuality, a struggling actor has an epiphany, a boy becomes a dancer and a man tries to fulfil his father’s dying wish. It will take you in a roller coaster of emotions and you will be smitten by the sheer brilliance of the film. Bombay Talkies is magical!

Tanu Weds Manu:

A London-based Delhi boy and a rebel from Kanpur, what a vibrant ruckus of prattle and curiosity. Kangana’s care-a-damn attitude and Madhavan’s complete boy next door personality imagine these two characters falling in love. It is also blessed with flawless supporting cast. The movie is like Beauty and the Beast where it’s turned on its head. The whole process of rowdy Kangana falling in love with Mr. Goody Two Shoes Madhavan is worth a watch!

Special 26:

A gang of con-men rob the wealthiest and richest of the society while disguising themselves as Government Officers, interesting right? It’s actually based on real life incident. This con-job story is so interesting that it will keep you on the edge of your seats. It is not very stylish or serious and doesn’t stun you with any social message but it grips, excites and climaxes too! Catch Special 26 for pure cinematic orgasm!

Khamoshi:

This movie is so beautiful; we don’t know where to begin. The film’s theme translates to generational conflict. Parents sometimes fear losing their children and try to keep them under shadows to protect them from the world. And sometimes children experience guilt for abandoning their parents. The film is about love lost and found and makes you go through a lot of emotional variations. This is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial debut and has a stunning music.
