If the reports are to be trusted, the release date of John Abraham`s upcoming movie Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran has been pushed behind once more, inferable from its conflict with Rani Mukerji`s upcoming film Hichki and Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh`s Welcome To New York. The first release date of the film was December 8, 2017, then changed to February 23, 2018, to maintain a strategic distance from a conflict with Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s Padmaavat which itself is yet to release on January 25, 2018. The Abhishek Sharma directed film, which has been co-produced by John himself, missed out on the December date as well as now has again been put off because of the upcoming unavoidable conflict. Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran stars Diana Penty opposite John Abraham.

Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran is directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Zee Studio, JA Entertainment, and KriArj Entertainment. Saiwyn Quadras, Sanyuktha Chawla Sheik, and Abhishek Sharma composed the film.

The film is based on the atomic bomb test blasts led by the Indian Army at Pokhran in 1998. It highlights John Abraham and Diana Penty in lead parts. At that point, it was chosen the film would open in silver screens on 23 February and conflict with Rani Mukherji`s upcoming film Hichki. In any case, they found that Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh starrer Boom Boom In New York would release on a similar date as well.

KriArj Entertainment`s Pari, featuring Anushka Sharma, has just pushed its release date to 2 March and now reports that another venture from the similar production house, Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, is as yet searching for a reasonable release date for a smooth box office outing.

We hope this John Abraham upcoming movie gets a good release date and we get to see that handsome face on the screen again!
