Kapil Sharma is all set to return to the television screen with his newest show ‘Family Time with Kapil Sharma’. Kapil will be seen on the TV after he disappeared from the small screen owing to his ill-health. ‘Family Time will be aired on Sony TV from 25th March 2018. Kapil posted the teaser poster of his upcoming project on his official Instagram account. As per some reliable sources, the show will not be the usual comedy-chat show, but it will also include some interactive games where the audiences can participate.

The year 2017 was a hell of a journey for the comedian turned actor. Starting from being accused of addiction to alcoholism, an ugly brawl with co-worker Sunil Grover, his successful TV show stopped airing to his movie flop, Kapil has seen a lot. But after some rest and a complete rejuvenation from past hurdles, Sharmaji is back fit and fine with the new show.

Although reports confirm that Sunil Grover and Ali Asgar will not be a part of the show, Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar, Kapil’s former colleagues will be seen working together with Sharma. Neha Pendse, who shot to fame in ‘May I Come in Madam?’ will be the newest member of the family and will be co-hosting the show along with Kapil. Navjot Singh Sidhu has joined the team and has shot for the episode. Sidhu has been by Kapil’s side from the beginning in ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’.

Recently, the latest promo of the show was released in which Ajay Devgn can be seen in a phone conversation with Kapil. Ajay jokingly taunts Kapil for his past mistakes for which Kapil apologizes and asks to forget the bygones for a fresh start. Raid actor Ajay Devgn will be the first guest on the show to promote his new movie.

Kapil Sharma’s show will be aired after Super Dancer Finale. Kapil and his team have been asked to keep five shows under his belt so that there won’t be any cancellation at the last minute.

Let’s hope Kapil impresses us again with his impeccable wits and comic timing.
