Charges Against Kiku Sharda for Mimicking Gurmeet Ram Rahim Dropped

Two weeks after the capture of Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, the Haryana government looked for the cancelation of FIRs against comic Kiku Sharda for harming religious conclusions by imitating him.
We tested the claims however found no offense made. Henceforth, FIR cancelation applications have been recorded in the trial courts," Haryana extra promoter general Amar Vivek told the Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday.
The issue achieved the high court in January after Sharda moved an expectant safeguard supplication and looked for the subduing of the FIRs. On January 21, 2016, the high court allowed him expectant safeguard and stayed procedures in the trial courts.
Sharda charged that FIRs were enlisted by dera adherents in an organized way to disturb, mortify and threaten him. "It is an assault on the principal rights as cherished under Articles 19 (1) (an) and 21 of the Constitution," Sharda said.
"From the FIR, unmistakably the elements of "religion" as required under Section 295A of the IPC (harming religious assumptions) were not satisfied. The program was a show-stopper and a sensational introduction on the electronic media," Kiku contended.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s Dera is now crawling with Police and officials running a clean-up and so far 7 minor kids were rescued from the Dera with 14 illegal dead bodies were sent illegally to UP Medical College, with many unidentified skeletons buried underground, according to sources.
