At only the age of 3, he was trained by Hazari brothers in Indian classical music. He entered into this glamour world through a reality show but he was eliminated by audience polling. But then Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali approached him to sing for his movie "Saawariya". Due to some issues, that song was never released. Like this problem, he faced many failures but finally, he made his first musical Bollywood debut with "Phir Mohabbat" from the movie Murder 2, which is so popular at that time.
