 Atif Aslam is hands down the best import from Pakistan. He is the heartthrob of both the nation. With his good looks and sultry voice, who won’t fall for him? His latest track “Dil Diyan Gallan” from the film Tiger Zinda Hai is breaking records and what soulful song is that! Within a couple of days, the song has had 15 million views! (I know!) The song features top Bollywood actor Salman Khan alongside the top actress Katrina Kaif. It’s a romantic number and caters to all age group.

Today, we are going into a flashback. Let’s see how it all began for Atif Aslam. His Bollywood career started with the song “Woh Lamhe” from the film Zeher. And, it made it clear that this boy is going to rule hearts!

1. Woh Lamhe-Zeher (2005)

2.Tere Bin-Bas Ek Pal (2006)

The movie stars Juhi Chawla, Sanjay Suri and Urmila Matondkar in the lead roles with Jimmy Shergill, Rehaan Engineer and Yashpal Sharma in supporting roles. The film`s storyline is an adaptation of Live Flesh, a film by Pedro Almodóvar. The song was a super hit and every one hummed with Atif.

3.Tu Jaane Na-Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani (2009)

This romantic comedy was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and had Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. The music director of the film was Pritam. Tu Jaane Na is a love ballad and was the most popular song of the film.

4.Piya O Re Piya-Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya (2012)

This film had the reel life and real-life couple, Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza in the lead roles. The film was commercially hit and the song “Piya O Re Piya” is still one of our favorites. The song was sung by Atif Aslam and Shreya Ghoshal and was written by Priya Panchaal. The music was given by the magical duo Sachin-Jigar.

5.Tu Chahiye-Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015)

The song was penned down by Amitabh Bhattacharya and the composer was Pritam. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was a blockbuster and this song was one of the most talked about. Beautiful lyrics, gentle picturization, nothing could go wrong and a voice like Atif, it all made it a reason to be such popular.

6.Darasal-Raabta (2017)

Raabta was not a hit film, but the song was the melodious love number we had all been waiting for. Picturised on Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon and shot in Budapest, the song gave us love goals. The lyrics were given by the great Irshad Kamil and music by JAM8. Atif Aslam’s husky voice did the magic, it needed!

7.Main Agar-Tubelight (2017)

This war drama film had superstar Salman Khan as its lead hero. The song is picturized on Salman and Chinese actor Zhu Zhu. The song has been composed by Pritam and written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. This beautiful melody instantly became everybody’s favorite! Atif gave his soul to the lyrics and made us fall in love with the song.
