Amitabh Bachchan is a brand, a charismatic personality who changed the face of Bollywood and has been the inspiration to many succeeding superstars. With a career spanning over four decades, Mr. Bachchan is still going strong and works around 18 to 20 hours a day.

In such a long career, Big B had his share of highs and lows. But the one thing which has

made him the megastar is his choice of roles. Making a mark in the industry as an angry

young man, he ventured into romantic roles and then mastered comic roles as well. In the

later stages of his career, Amitabh Bachchan chose powerful and content-driven roles,

adding to his versatility.

We have also seen Amitabh Bachchan in childlike characters which have won the heart of

millions. Some of the iconic are-

Samarjit portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan in Karan Johar multi starrer directorial venture  Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna was a doting cool dad with the nickname of Sam who was quite famous among the girls of the young generation. With a movie of such an intense topic of extramarital affairs, Amitabh’s role gave the much needed lighter tone to the movie and was loved by all.
