The movie is about a criminal named Ballu who gets arrested by Inspector Ram. But he escapes from the police custody and to catch him Ram’s girlfriend Ganga, who is also a police officer goes undercover as a street-girl. Later she finds out that Ballu is a kind-hearted person and is forced to crime due to poverty and circumstances. Everything gets complicated when Ballu starts falling for Ganga.
